This small bank branch was relocated to a boutique development in beautiful Malibu, California in 2018. The Beverly Hills First Bank branch was a relocation, constructed in 2018. The bank moved from its historic home a few blocks west, designed originally by Millard Sheets for Home Savings & Loan. Paradigm Architects designed a retrofit of another iconic building (Kate Mantilini) to house this branch, but the lease deal fell through. Instead, First Bank moved its branch to the main floor of this interesting structure at Wilshire and Clark. Magellan Architects produced construction documents and collaborated on interiors.
